Good product that fixes a genuine problem with the S350’s stock mount. The camera angle is now adjustable and the controls feel logical. Build quality is solid and the install was straightforward. Should really come in the box with the camera.

The stock mount for the S350 is honestly inexplicable. The controls become counter-intuitive the moment you use it at a standard wall angle. This replacement makes the whole system work as it should. Simple fix but a massive improvement.

Problem solved. The S350 is a great camera but the stock mount ruins the user experience. This purpose-made mount restores the correct orientation and the pan and tilt controls become logical again. Worth every cent. Buy it with the camera.

Why doesn’t Eufy ship this mount with the camera? The stock mount is so bad that I was ready to switch to a completely different brand. This mount fixes everything. Pan and tilt work correctly, the angle is adjustable, and the setup now makes sense.

The default S350 wall plate is genuinely terrible. I couldn’t get a useful camera angle no matter what I tried. This mount completely fixes that—the camera now points exactly where I need it and the pan and tilt controls make sense again. Huge improvement.
